Heater, Little

Playing off the title of my last post...

My mom is very sensitive to temperature. She has been complaining about how cold she is now that the seasons are changing. She was always very hot during the summer. The house is now like a sauna because I keep bumping up the thermostat but she still feels cold. So I bought a little space heater for the room where she spends most of her time and have dropped the heat going to the rest of the house. She loves it, and so does the cat who now lays in front of it nonstop.

The real reason for this post is to comment on her ability to work gadgets. She is slowly losing her ability to work things...the phone, the lamp, and the television remote. Last night she was able to turn off the television and the new little heater on her way to bed. Both accomplishments to notice.
