Brush 'em, Brush 'em, Brush 'em

"Where's my toothbrush?" There have been four toothbrushes on the stand above the bathroom sink. They are all my mother's...after I discovered she was using mine, I got a new one and hid it in the medicine chest for myself, so those remaining are for her. But she doesn't understand they are all hers. So I threw them all out and we are going to start over. The next time she asks which toothbrush is hers, I'm going to have her open a new one. I'm hoping that by making it a bit of a production it will stick with her. I'm just happy she still brushes since personal hygiene is a familiar problem with people suffering from dementia-type diseases.
