Missing A Convenient Excuse

Mother Dear used to be a convenient excuse. I caught myself blaming her this morning!

"My glasses. Where the eff are my glasses?" Then my mind went to Mom and wondering where she'd "hidden" or misplaced them. Uh, except she isn't here.

Damn!

The name of your site was what first got my attention. I'm the husband of an Alzheimer's victim that still has a seance of humor, most of the time. She has hollered at from the next room, when I answer she she says, "OH nothing I was just having an Alzheimer's Moment." I've been known to use her Alzheimer's when friends ask if I'd forgotten something. I just tell them OMG they lied to me I've caught Alzheimer's from Sue. I feel a seance of humor might help both the Alzheimer's victim and their caregiver fight the disease.

I was really happy to find your site, I'd started to feel no one blogs about Alzheimer's. I started a political site in 2005, A Republic, if you can keep it, http://arepublic.blogspot.com/ Yesterday I created a new site, Alzheimer's In The House, http://alzheimerinthehouse.blogspot.com/ I'm sure I'll be stopping by from time to time.

God Bless America, God Save The Republic.

Guess you'll need to blame someone else now...maybe Terry took them! :)

Glad to hear that your stress level has dropped.
